My name is Nicole Doyle

"Make numbers make sense. Meeting that goal helps my clients make informed decisions about their personal and business finances."

Nicole has a Bachelors of Science with a major in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is actively pursuing her Masters of Accountancy through Western Governors University.

To ensure Active Accounting clients maintain compliance, she attends at least 40 hours of continuing education yearly, focused on tax regulations and intricacies, ethics, and business strategy.  She also attends the Ohio State University Income Tax School annually.

As a small business owner herself, Nicole ensures she takes the time to know her clients' businesses inside and out. By being proactive in their needs, she ensures they have the right information to make the best choices for their personal finances and business needs and goals. Nicole is also highly attuned to military tax situations as a former military spouse.

In her spare time, she and her husband, Eric, run a farm specializing in sustainable farming practices between Springfield and Urbana called The Shire Farm. She and her family enjoy spending time together on their 30 acres.
